General Return Policy:

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement: 90 days
  • Restocking fee may apply: 15% of the final price*

Return Policy for Refunds

  • You must request a return for refund within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the purchase date.
  • No refunds are issued after 30 days (45 days for international customers).
  • When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. ImmigrationConsult.org will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product.*
  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return request.

Return Policy for Replacement

    At ImmigrationConsult.org, we offer a three month warranty for product replacement. To prevent order discrepancies all returns indicating an exchange of a different item will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. A replacement can be made for the same product only.

Address Errors

    For any refused package or any returns to ImmigrationConsult.org due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, you may request a refund back to your credit card the full amount of your purchase, less any shipping charges.

Order Discrepancy

      If you receive damaged, incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
      Certain information may be required for verification:

    • Photo of the packing envelope/box
    • Photo of the packing list
    • Photo of the damage/incorrect item

Customers may send the above information using our Contact Us page. A representative will review the order and respond within 48 hours.
* This fee will be waived if the error was done by Immigration Consult internally.
